•	Prototype & Rapid Turn-Around PCB Assembly. We have capability in PCB Design and innovation and development, we have the ability to offer prototype and rapid turn around PCB assembly for surface mount, mixed technology and conventional PCB assemblies.

•	BGA & SMT PCB Assembly. Our SMT PCB assembly capabilities include 0201 chips mounting, BGA, µBGA and CSP assembly. In order to maintain consistent Quality (Q) in our products, optimized manufacturing cost (C) and on-time delivery (D) we utilized automated assembly processes throughout all stages of the manufacturing cycle.

•	Mixed Technology & Through-Hole PCB Assembly. SEM Manufacturing has the capability for assembling both Through-Hole (PTH) and Mixed Technology PCB assemblies and can also offer a number of peripheral services such as conformal coating and BGA Rework and Re-balling and etc. We also perform device programming and the PCBA configuration prior to system integration or shipment.

•	RoHS Free PCB Assembly. The RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) which calls for the banning of six hazardous substances that could end up in land fill sites caused us to evaluate our manufacturing strategy.

•	In 2005, we drew up the lead-free road map for our manufacturing facility. Following extensive evaluations we developed a capable process for both wave soldering and reflow soldering which uses lead free solders.

•	This had given us the additional benefit of being one of the first manufacturers in Singapore to offer true lead free soldering to our customers and subsequently certified to have met the QC080000 Hazardous Substance Free Process Management System.

•	We provide Box Build solutions for both simple and complex products which require high degrees of configuration prior to shipment. SEM Manufacturing can provide consigned, modified turnkey or full turnkey for your box build solution. We have considerable expertise in electronic product manufacture and most of the services supplied are full turnkey solutions. Our skills are not only limited to electronics assembly, but extend to electro-mechanical assembly, laser-system assembly, electrical cabling and panel wiring, electro-pneumatic and automation systems. •	Cable Harnessing Assembly - typically required as part of our electro-mechanical assembly activity, and encompasses a wide variety of cable assembly techniques ranging from simple IDC cable assemblies, through to complete wiring looms and harnessing process.

•	Electro-Mechanical / Laser System Assembly - undertaken as part of our system integration capability and are typically utilized in conjunction with our electronics manufacturing capability to produce a variety of electro-mechanical and laser systems assemblies.

•	System Calibration and System Testing. We have the ability to perform product functional test prior to shipment, where necessary customized calibration steps and know how can be designed and implemented to ensure ongoing product compliance.
