New Product Introduction (NPI)

We have a comprehensive New Production Introduction (NPI) program involving all aspects of the business. These include:

• We conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) on all products prior to NPI.
• Understanding customer requirements.
• Process Engineering planning and implementation of the entire process.
• NPI planning and reporting shared with customers throughout the project.
• Prototype, First Article and volume production stages fully signed off and agreed with customers.
• The NPI process includes material and production scheduling, sales order processing and logistics management.

PCB Layout

• Our understanding of the manufacturing process for PCBA manufacturing allows us to design Printed Circuit Boards that are easy to manufacture and cost effective.
• We use both PADS and Protel Design Software for our PCB Layout Design and Schematics generation.
• We undertake PCB layout / routing and re-layout / re-routing depending on your needs.
• Conversion from PTH to SMT to reduce cost and avoid component obsolescence.

Test Solutions

Our inspection and testing capability supports our Circuit Manufacturing processes and helps ensure our customers receive working product on time and every time. Typically these activities include:

• In-Circuit Testing using the Okano MDA platform.
• The Teradyne LH 124 test platform for in-circuit testing of PCB placement and connectivity.
• Functional Testing of boards or components to assure they are working as intended in operation
• In addition, a team of dedicated test engineers provide diagnostic support to in house test capabilities, analyzing product returns to provide vital information for both process and quality engineers in the quest for product quality and reliability.
