•	Our Circuit Manufacturing activities meets the IPC-A-610D Workmanship Standards for both Class 2 and Class 3 requirement. It is implemented throughout all applicable areas of the manufacturing process.

•	All PCBA rework meets the IPC 7711 and 7721 Workmanship Standards. This Rework Workmanship Standard is also implemented all applicable areas of the manufacturing process.

•	All staff are trained and certified for respective tasks before they are allowed to produce products for delivery to customers.

•	All our Employees are trained to build quality into their everyday activities thereby encouraging employee ownership of their respective tasks promoting the generation of new ideas and creative thinking.

•	All our Employees are trained in the various Workmanship Standards covering both generic manufacturing operations and equipment manufacturing activities thereby providing a solid foundation for training, and ensuring ongoing product compliance.
